How long will it take to us to assemble our tree?

Finishing your tree shouldn't take longer than 30-40 minutes; no prior skills are needed. If you are customizing it, the time it takes depends on your imagination and how many of you are having fun doing it :-)

What exactly is the Merchants of Marvels Christmas Tree Kit?

It’s a limited-edition, wall-hanging Christmas tree kit designed to be crafted and displayed by your family. Each set includes a printed hessian tree, ornaments, lights, glue gun, mounting hardware, and a numbered Certificate of Authenticity — everything you need to make your own heirloom.

Why only 500 kits?

Every tree is made-to-order, precision printed, and registered to its owner - no mass production. This takes time. The bonus is that it is as exclusive as it gets. Only 1 household in 249,400 households in the USA and Canada will have one.

How long does delivery take?

Because each kit is made-to-order, please allow 30 days for delivery from the time of purchase. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

When do orders close?

Orders close November 7 or as soon as all 500 kits have been reserved - whichever comes first.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship only within the United States and Canada.

How is my kit packaged?

Each kit is delivered in a 50" x 5" x 5" cardboard box.

Is it difficult to assemble?

Not at all. Each kit includes simple, step-by-step instructions. Depending on how much fun you are having, you can complete assembly in under an hour! Find out more here.

Can I hang it anywhere?

Yes, as long as it is under cover. The tree is lightweight and designed for wall hanging.

How do I store it after Christmas?

Simply roll it up and put it away in a dry area storage area. It’s built to last for many years.

What if my kit arrives damaged or incomplete?

We stand by every product we make. If your kit arrives damaged or missing components, just send us photos (for the shipper) and we’ll replace it immediately - no questions asked.

How do I know my kit is authentic?

Each tree includes a hand-numbered Certificate of Authenticity embossed with our official Merchants of Marvels seal and signed by Em. It is glued to the back of the tree.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and secure digital payments. You can see the list at the bottom of the page. You can even buy your tree through Klarma or Afirm. All transactions are processed by Stripe, and we do not capture or store any of your payment information.
